Age Limit

To be eligible for AAI Recruitment 2024:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 26 years (as of the application closing date).

Qualifications Required

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

Graduate Apprentices Full-time 4-year degree in Engineering (recognised by AICTE, GOI) in the relevant or equivalent stream.
Diploma Apprentices Full-time 3-year diploma in Engineering (recognised by AICTE, GOI) in the relevant or equivalent stream.
ITI Trade Apprentices ITI NCVT certificate in the relevant trade/specialisation, awarded by the Directorate General of Training, GOI.

Salary Details

The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend based on their role. Details are provided below:

Tenure and Posting Location

  • Tenure: The apprenticeship program is for a duration of 1 year.
  • Location: NSCBI Airport, Kolkata.

Selection Process

The selection process involves the following steps:

  1. Shortlisting: Applications will be reviewed to shortlist candidates based on eligibility.
  2. Interview/Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews or document verification via their registered email.
  3. Final Selection: Final selection will be confirmed post-interview and verification of documents. A medical fitness certificate will also be required during on-boarding.
